Terms & Conditions
A minimum purchase of $300 before applicable taxes is required to receive a free gift (where applicable) and to be entered into the draw.
The b2b.srpcompanies.com 2-Year Anniversary Draw (the “Promotion”) runs from March 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. to March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (local time) (the “Promotion Period”).
To qualify for an entry, customers must place a completed online order of $300 or more before taxes at b2b.srpcompanies.com during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying order of $300 or more constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple qualifying orders will each receive one (1) entry. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, disputed, or returned (in whole or in part), or that fall below the $300 minimum threshold after adjustments, may be disqualified at SRP’s sole discretion.
The Promotion is open to valid SRP Canada B2B customers in good standing with an active account at the time of entry and at the time of the draw. Employees of SRP, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
A random draw will be conducted in April 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Selected winners will be notified using the email address associated with their qualifying order. If a selected winner does not respond within a reasonable period of time, as determined by SRP, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prizes consist of electronic gift cards issued via eGifter. Winners may select from participating online retailers available through the eGifter platform. Gift cards have no cash surrender value, are non-transferable, and are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of SRP, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. SRP reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, and amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time in accordance with applicable laws.
