By submitting this product booking request (whether by an SRP Sales Representative on behalf of a customer or directly by the customer), the submitter confirms that the customer has agreed to purchase the product and understands that the items will be delivered once they are available for distribution. Prebooking does not guarantee immediate shipment; products will ship as inventory becomes available.
All displays are sold as a One-Way Sale. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment only. Once shipped, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
The customer will be invoiced at the time of product shipment or delivery. If the customer does not have established payment terms with SRP Canada, they may be contacted prior to shipment to provide a valid credit card or arrange an approved method of payment. Orders may be delayed, adjusted, or cancelled if payment information is not provided in a timely manner.
All prebooked quantities are subject to availability and may be adjusted based on final inventory allocation. Pricing, product assortment, and estimated delivery timelines are subject to change without notice.
