SRP Companies Canada Online Contest Terms & Conditions Effective Date: 2023
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in any online contest hosted by SRP Companies Canada. By entering the contest, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: The contest is open to participants aged 18 and above. Employees of SRP Companies Canada and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry: Entries must be submitted in accordance with the guidelines and instructions provided by SRP Companies Canada. Multiple entries by the same participant are not allowed.
Contest Period: The contest period will be clearly stated in the contest announcement.
Prizes: The prizes and the number of winners will be specified in the contest announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other item.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected by SRP Companies Canada. The decision of SRP Companies Canada is final and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified through the contact information provided during entry. If a winner does not respond within 60 days of the initial notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Privacy: Personal information collected during the contest will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.
Disqualification: SRP Companies Canada reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unfair practices.
Changes and Termination: SRP Companies Canada reserves the right to change or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
Liability: SRP Companies Canada and its affiliates, partners, and sponsors are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance of prizes.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these official rules.
