All orders are subject to product availability. If the requested item is temporarily out of stock on the date of your order, you will be advised and it will not be added to your bill. It is your responsibility to order it again once it is back in stock.

The items showcased on our website are exclusively available for delivery to Canadian addresses. Shipments cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or destinations beyond Canada. Deliveries to remote areas are subject to evaluation. SRP Canada retains the authority to cancel orders in cases where delivery is not feasible. Customers will receive email notifications regarding any modifications to their orders.
We are taking all the necessary steps to process your orders within 48 to 72 hours following the date of receipt. Please note that orders are processed only on business days. Delivery may be delayed during the winter and summer holidays. Someone must be available between 8 AM and 5 PM in order to receive shipments. The delivery date may vary due to the carrier’s delivery practices, the location of delivery and the products ordered. It is possible to receive the order in separate packages. For any questions involving delays, we recommend tracking your shipments via the tracking number provided by email before contacting us.
Shipping for local orders totaling less than $500 is shipped at a fixed rate of $50 per order. Some exemptions may apply. The prerequisite for qualifying for free shipping is a minimum order value of $500 (prior to tax, shipping charges, and any additional discounts). Shipments to remote areas may incur additional shipping costs.
Any product missing or damaged during transport must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact SRP Canada to report the issues.
