We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required to process your return.
Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and One Way Sale items, are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please fill out the Self-Serve Return Form and submit.
This entitles you to either a full refund or a replacement upon approval of return claim. A Customer Service Representative will be in touch by email or phone to provide instructions once claim is submitted.
SRP Canada will provide a complimentary return label for product returns totaling $150 and above (before taxes).
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the inspection.
The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exchange Policy:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
